Please join us, Saturday, October 30th, 6:30-9:30pm, for a night of fellowship, fun & games!  Bring your favorite chili in a crockpot to share and you may just win the “CCFUtah Voted Best Chili of 2010” Title!  Cornbread & rolls are also welcome!  Not a cook? That’s okay! In July you saw several media clips from the film Fireproof as part of a Sunday teaching.  Now you can see the entire movie, right here at Crossroads!  This movie was given the best film award at the 2009 Independent Christian Film Festival and was the highest grossing independent film of 2008.  The film portrays the rescue of a failed marriage through the power of submission to each other, commitment to the relationship, and respect, motivated by the power of Christ.  There are also study materials available which are contained in a Fireproof Your Marriage Couple’s Kit available online (Google it).  The kit includes DVD clips from the movie and exercises for the couple.  Perhaps a few couples might like to use this material in a Life Group setting at some point…
